The front desk staff are ALWAYS available to answer questions. The rooftop POOL was amazing. It let us use it after checkout. I had one of THE best Indian cuisines at the restaurant. Mango chutney was great. I give special thanks to Nitin and Balbeer. Their hospitality was amazing!

The hotel has a quite old feel, but it's been maintained ok.

the outdated room decor was not appealing. a damp smell permeated the room. this scent was noticeable upon entering the room. it negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel.

The location is fantastic. I found local eateries nearby, great. The nearest MRT station, Somerset, is about a short walk from the hotel. It's very accessible. My room was clean. It had two double beds, which gave us enough space to relax. I took advantage of the great included breakfast and dinner options in the restaurant.

Gardens by the Bay is easily accessible via MRT. It is only a few minutes walk. There is also Cuppage Road, with handy local food spots, within easy reach. This added convenience to my explorations. There is also a supermarket nearby.

The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids. They definitely loved it. Parents can use the gym's running machines. The staff was helpful. I found them very great at all times. The breakfast choices were very good, with options for everyone.
